Description
Oversee production planning, processing, and maintenance activities to align with market demands while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, coordinating cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Lead machine maintenance programs, support project implementation aligned with WCM standards, and manage spare parts inventory to ensure operational reliability across production lines
Optimize costs and improve productivity through resource utilization, budget management, and execution of efficiency initiatives like KAIZEN and waste reduction projects
Drive workforce development by enhancing skills, implementing job rotations, and conducting capability assessments
Manage the installation and integration of new equipment, machinery, and systems within the production area, collaborating with project teams to ensure seamless execution
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, food safety, and environmental management systems by implementing and regularly reviewing operational compliance measures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in an engineering relevant field
At least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing field as a leader
At least Business English
Understanding of lean manufacturing methodologies
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
