Sales Support at a Growing Outsourcing Service Company in Yangon
Reporting Manager – General Manager
Up to 300,000 MMK plus other benefits
Key Areas of Responsibility
Accurately input and update customer and sales data in CRM systems.
Maintain organized records of client interactions and sales activities.
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Greet visitors and manage the reception area.
Assist in the creation and formatting of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Ensure all documents are error-free and professionally presented.
Provide general administrative assistance to Sales team.
Support client inquiries and provide information regarding services offered.
Assist in maintaining positive relationships with third party vendors.
Requirements
Fresh Graduates preferred
Good spoken and written English is a must
Motivated, multitasking and able to work under pressure
Willing to learn and grow
