Description

  • Actively engage in the selling of high-volume condominium units, driving revenue and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Utilize industry knowledge to identify potential buyers and close deals effectively

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless buying experience. Address client needs and concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Stay informed about the latest trends in the real estate market, particularly in the condominium sector

  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at every stage

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in related industry and prefer candidates who has a proven track record for Sales

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must

  • Developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and building strong customer relationships
