Description
Actively engage in the selling of high-volume condominium units, driving revenue and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Utilize industry knowledge to identify potential buyers and close deals effectively
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless buying experience. Address client needs and concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Stay informed about the latest trends in the real estate market, particularly in the condominium sector
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at every stage
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in related industry and prefer candidates who has a proven track record for Sales
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and building strong customer relationships
