The Role

The ideal candidate's background for the role has hands on experience in managing marketing functions and particularly strong in planning and execution of events, road show and open house event for the residential real estate business

Description

  • Responsible for trend Analysis: Stay competitive and align marketing strategies with current and emerging market trends

  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors’ marketing strategies, strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning

  • Customer Insights: Conduct surveys and gather feedback from potential and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences

  • Marketing Planning - Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract & engage potential clients

  • Branding: Develop a brand identity and Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels

  • Market positioning: Develop a clear value proposition differentiating the company’s properties from competitors

  • Reputation management: Manage the company’s reputation through public relations, customer testimonials, and reviews

  • Advertising campaigns: Planning and executing campaigns across various media channels, including digital, print, and outdoor advertising

  • Budget Management: Allocating and managing the advertising budget to maximize reach and effectiveness

  • Events, Road Show and Open Houses: Organizing promotional events, road shows, property tours, and open houses to attract potential buyers

  • Special Offers: Developing and promoting special offers, discounts, and incentives to encourage property sales

  • Partnership: Build & maintain relationships with service providers like marketing agencies, marketing materials suppliers, digital platforms, co-branding partners, local organization, and industry association

  • Social Media Marketing: Manage social media accounts and campaigns to build an online community and interact with potential clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (MBA preferred)

  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in handling marketing roles and came from real estate business, agencies or similar business model

  • Strategic thinking and innovative skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in all four English language skills
