Description
Develop and execute operational strategies to drive the company’s growth in the real estate market, particularly in high-volume condominium sales
Oversee and optimize the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Leverage industry knowledge to improve sales performance and expand market share
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a culture of success and accountability
Streamline operations to enhance efficiency and profitability. Implement best practices in sales operations, including CRM systems, reporting, and process improvements
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in related industry and prefer candidates who has a proven track record for Sales
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Proven track record in managing large-scale property portfolios, development projects, and operational teams
