Job Description

  • Responsible for B2C automotive sales, customer relationship management, and sales target achievement, handling lead generation, sales negotiations, contract finalization, and after-sales service support to ensure a seamless customer experience and consistent revenue growth

Description

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

  • Identify and generate new leads, effectively manage the sales pipeline

  • Conduct sales negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure smooth transaction processes

  • Provide exceptional after-sales service support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a related industry and at least 1 years of experience in the management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must

  • The ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and effectively close sales. A proven track record in sales or a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets is highly valued
