Responsible for leading and supervising the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth daily operations

Description
Monitor daily sales performance, route planning, and team productivity
Provide training, coaching, and motivation to ensure team effectiveness
Conduct regular market visits to understand competitor activities and market trends
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and distribution teams for smooth operations
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in related industry and at least 2 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Strong understanding of automotive products, market trends, and customer needs
