Description
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and couriers
Assist in administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth office operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
Previous experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Myanmar
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional appearance and demeanor
