Description
● Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network systems
● Understand and support project-specific software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, etc.) used in construction and design
● Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 tools, including MS Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, etc
● Ensure data security, backup systems, and compliance with company policies
● Collaborate closely with other teams to assess their IT needs and proactively deliver solutions
● Liaise with external vendors or consultants when needed
● Monitor and maintain IT assets and documentation
● Provide user training and clear communication on new systems or updates
Requirements
● Minimum 5 years of experience in related field
● Proficient with Microsoft 365 Suite and Teams collaboration
● Experience with industry-specific platforms and project-based IT setups
● Familiarity with basic networking, firewalls, VPNs, and device management
