About the Company
Our client is an international telecom services company in Myanmar to provide innovative Information and Communication Technology solutions and services
The Role
Manage and resolve tickets in the helpdesk system, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Administer web hosting servers (WHM, cPanel, Plesk, LAMP/LEMP, XAMPP, IIS, Apache) and troubleshoot issues related to hosting environments
Assist customers with mail issues (e.g., cPanel, SmarterMail), application errors, and malware removal
Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot DNS, websites, and web services on both local and online servers
Install, renew, and manage SSL/TLS certificates and code signing certificates across servers and web services
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in IT helpdesk, technical support, or server administration
Hands-on experience with WHM/cPanel, Plesk, LAMP/LEMP, IIS, Apache
Strong troubleshooting skills for mail, DNS, web hosting, and server-related issues
Knowledge of Windows & Linux OS, Active Directory, DHCP, Group Policy
Experience with SSL/TLS certificates, PfSense firewall, and IT security tools
Familiarity with Zabbix monitoring, Slack, and ticket management systems
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
