Our client is an international telecom services company in Myanmar to provide innovative Information and Communication Technology solutions and services
The Role
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues encountered by end users, ensuring minimal disruption to their workflow
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware components, peripherals, and accessories such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
Ensure compliance with security policies and protocols to safeguard user accounts and sensitive information
Develop user manuals, guides, and tutorials to support ongoing user education and adoption of new technologies
Offer remote assistance and troubleshooting for end users working in remote or off-site locations, utilizing remote desktop tools and collaboration software to resolve issues efficiently
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a corporate or enterprise environment
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical users
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and SLAs
