Our client is an international telecom services company in Myanmar to provide innovative Information and Communication Technology solutions and services
The Role
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues encountered by end users, ensuring minimal disruption to their workflow
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware components, peripherals, and accessories such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
- Ensure compliance with security policies and protocols to safeguard user accounts and sensitive information
- Develop user manuals, guides, and tutorials to support ongoing user education and adoption of new technologies
- Offer remote assistance and troubleshooting for end users working in remote or off-site locations, utilizing remote desktop tools and collaboration software to resolve issues efficiently
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a corporate or enterprise environment
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical users
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and SLAs
