Reporting Manager - Senior HR and Admin Executive
Up to 400,000 MMK + Other Benefits
The Role
Registration and updating staff movements of internal and clients’ employees with the social security board and Tax Office for internal and clients’ employees.
Preparation and submission of monthly payment statements to the Social Security Board and Tax Office for internal and clients’ employees.
Making and managing actual payments to the relevant Social Security Board and Tax Office for internal and clients’ employees.
Keep accurate records of employees' daily attendance and punctuality.
Assist in payroll and taxes calculation process, addressing invoicing issues, and maintaining relationships with the tax office.
Assist in calculating and maintaining records of car overtime (OT), including weekly OT reports and tracking the kilometers used by office vehicles.
Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and senior-level officers.
Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate.
Manage general office duties such as Petty Cash and purchasing of equipment required for the office.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data in order to get the best pricing on supplies and services.
Requirements
Self-motivated, able to work independently.
Good inter-personal communication skill and adynamic team player.
Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and time management skills.
At least 2 years+ of relevant working experience in HR and Administrative.
