Responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service within a designated department, managing staff, optimizing sales strategies, maintaining inventory, and upholding store standards to enhance the shopping experience

Description
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve department targets
Oversee stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely replenishment
Plan and execute attractive product displays to drive sales
Handle administrative duties, including sales reports, budgets, and performance reviews
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in Retail industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must and prefer Repatriate candidate with Retail Background
Strong background in customer service is often essential as it ties directly into the role of a sales manager
