Department Store Sales Manager at a Leading Group Company in Yangon, Myanmar

  • Responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service within a designated department, managing staff, optimizing sales strategies, maintaining inventory, and upholding store standards to enhance the shopping experience

  • Up to 3,000,000 MMK and other allowances

Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve department targets

  • Oversee stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely replenishment

  • Plan and execute attractive product displays to drive sales

  • Handle administrative duties, including sales reports, budgets, and performance reviews

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in Retail industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must and prefer Repatriate candidate with Retail Background

  • Strong background in customer service is often essential as it ties directly into the role of a sales manager
