Description
Develop and implement financial strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
Provide strategic financial insights to the Board of Directors and senior leadership team to support decision-making processes.
Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and regulatory in Myanmar.
Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficient financial operations and foster professional development
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics related field.
At least 7 to 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the Financial Services sector
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, risk management, and corporate governance
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
Native Burmese with fair proficiency in English
