Description
Oversee the daily operations of the retail branch, ensuring smooth functioning
Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability through effective cost management
Ensure a high level of customer service by training staff and addressing customer concerns promptly
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting (sales, cash management, and budgets)
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in related industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Familiarity with construction materials, industry trends, and health & safety regulations
