Reporting Manager - Business Development Manager
Up to 400,000 MMK plus Other Benefits
The Role
Familiarizing with all services offered by our company.
Assist in managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
Attending networking activities to connect with prospective clients.
Identifying, researching and verifying the queries raised by clients.
Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs.
Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up.
Report on the status of client accounts and transactions.
Support in preparation of presentation for meetings.
Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Answering queries from prospective and existing clients of the Businesses via phone calls or emails.
To take turns acting as receptionist in accordance with the roster to greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
To announce the arrival of clients to the related team members of the respective departments.
To ensure the reception is covered during business hours 8 am to 5 pm including lunch hour and ensure the meeting rooms are well organized at all times.
Requirements
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Self-motivated, able to work independently.
At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in Sales.
Good inter-personal communication skill and a dynamic team player.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and Strong customer service orientation.
