Description
Plan, manage, and execute the installation of street furniture across multiple locations
Supervise daily operations related to posting, cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs
Coordinate closely with city authorities for permits, surveys, and approvals related to installations and advertising activities
Manage inventory of installation equipment, tools, and materials; ensure timely procurement of supplies
Ensure all field activities are conducted according to internal safety standards and operational procedures
Lead and develop a team of field workers, providing training and performance oversight
Support the team by participating in cleaning and posting activities during staff shortages
Regularly inspect assets and team work quality, ensuring compliance with company standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related technical field
Strong leadership experience in operations, industrial maintenance, or the building sector
Certified for electrical work on powered-off devices
Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset
Strong eye for detail and commitment to high service standards
Driving license and good English communication skills are required
