Responsible for leading the key account team to drive strategic partnerships, maximize revenue, and strengthen long-term client relationships

Description
Develop and execute a key account strategy to grow revenue and client retention
Build and maintain strong relationships with top clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product, and operations to meet client expectations
Prepare and present regular reports on key account metrics to senior management
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in the related industry and at least 3 years of experience in a management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Deep understanding of client business models, industries, and marketing challenges
