Job Description

Talent Acquisition Manager at one of the Well-known Financial Services Companies in Yangon, Myanmar

  • Lead and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, developing effective hiring strategies, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent

This role requires to understand workforce requirements, align hiring strategies with business goals, and maintain compliance with relevant laws and policies

Description

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the organization’s staffing needs and future workforce planning

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates

  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to create tailored recruitment plans and understand specific talent requirements

  • Conduct candidate assessments and background verifications to ensure high-quality hires

  • Oversee job advertising and postings on various platforms, including internal and external job boards and social media

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and networks for current and future hiring needs

  • Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies and suggest improvements

  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with employment laws, company policies, and industry best practices

  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and industry networking functions

  • Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the financial services sector

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the TA team to achieve recruitment objectives and foster professional growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role within the financial services or banking industry

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and sourcing techniques

  • Knowledge of Myanmar labor law and HR policies

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Fluency in both English and Burmese, written and spoken
