The Role
This role requires to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals to meet current and future staffing needs
About the Company
Over client has different business activities from cultivation, processing, merchandising to manufacturing of a wide range of agricultural products
Description
Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates
Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the consumer goods industry
Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work independently
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
