Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing below the line channel, marketing campaigns including activations, events, and promotion to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth

Description
Develop and implement below-the-line (BTL) marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth
Plan, execute, and monitor BTL campaigns including events, activations, in-store promotions, roadshows, product sampling, sponsorships, and partnerships
Coordinate with sales teams, trade marketing, and distributors/retailers to ensure alignment of BTL activities with business objectives
Manage agency and vendor relationships for production, logistics, and execution of BTL activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality delivery
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in Field Marketing or Trade marketing industry
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Strong understanding of BTL channels: events, promotions, sponsorships, activations, direct marketing
