Description
Prepare and manage sales reports, records, and documentation
Support sales team with incentive calculation, claims, and expense tracking
Coordinate with internal teams (Accounting, HR, etc.) for reporting and approvals
Ensure accuracy of sales data in systems and databases
Assist in organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and business reports
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, or a related role (preferably in financial services or banking)
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good understanding of sales processes, reporting, and data management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams
