Description
Manage and optimize the company's insurance portfolio to ensure profitability and risk mitigation.
Develop and implement sales strategic plans for portfolio growth and diversification, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
Monitor and analyze sales portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including underwriting, sales, and finance to drive portfolio initiatives and meet business targets.
Requirements
At least 3 years of working experience in proven experience in sales portfolio management within the insurance industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of insurance products and market dynamics.
Native Burmese with an fair communication in written and oral skills in English
