Description
Oversee leadership, organization, and culture development, setting processes and aligning priorities
Manage plant operations, ensuring efficient production, maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols
Supervise asset management, maintenance, and repairs, tracking expenses and budgets
Lead supply chain, warehouse, and inventory management, optimizing processes and suggesting improvements
Drive logistics processes, managing end-to-end transportation and importation
Head demand and supply planning, lead meetings and ensure KPIs are met
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any Supply Chain or Industrial engineering related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar field with 3 to 5 years in Supply Chain Management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
At least Upper Intermediate English
Great communication and leadership skills
