Oversee all factory operations, targeting production, to maintain optimal productivity
Manage manpower, and production processes to ensure efficiency
Implement and enforce factory policies and procedures to maintain safety and compliance
Report regularly on production progress and operational challenges
Coordinate with departments to optimize staffing levels and productivity
Develop and update policies as needed to improve efficiency and adherence to standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Food and Beverage manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations
Strong leadership mindset is a must
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
