Description
Provide support at reception when needed, handling inquiries and greeting visitors efficiently
Step in during staff absences, redistributing tasks to ensure smooth office operations
Oversee general office administration, including maintaining records of staff absences, supplies, and maintenance
Assist with phone calls, directing messages to the appropriate staff members
Support management in implementing the School Development Plan to ensure ongoing school improvement
Requirements
A graduate with 3-5 years of office management experience, preferably in a school setting
Strong skills in active listening, negotiation, and presentations
Committed to child protection and safeguarding
Proficient in office management software
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Burmese
