The Role

Oversee and coordinates the administrative operations of school, ensuring smooth communication, efficient office functions, and support for staff, students, and parents

Description

  • Provide support at reception when needed, handling inquiries and greeting visitors efficiently

  • Step in during staff absences, redistributing tasks to ensure smooth office operations

  • Oversee general office administration, including maintaining records of staff absences, supplies, and maintenance

  • Assist with phone calls, directing messages to the appropriate staff members

  • Support management in implementing the School Development Plan to ensure ongoing school improvement

Requirements

  • A graduate with 3-5 years of office management experience, preferably in a school setting

  • Strong skills in active listening, negotiation, and presentations

  • Committed to child protection and safeguarding

  • Proficient in office management software

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Burmese
