Managing daily office operations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and overseeing office supplies and equipment

Description
Handling accounts receivable and payable, including preparing payment vouchers and cheques
Visiting banks to process payments and collect tax challans and related documents
Ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in cash books and reconciled regularly
Maintaining proper documentation, contracts, and an organized filing system in both physical and digital formats
Managing the procurement of office supplies, materials, and travel-related expenses
Overseeing daily attendance, leave management, employment contracts, and onboarding new staff
Requirements
Any Bachelor holder
Proven experience in office management, bookkeeping, and HR support
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Burmese
