Managing daily office operations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and overseeing office supplies and equipment

Description

  • Handling accounts receivable and payable, including preparing payment vouchers and cheques

  • Visiting banks to process payments and collect tax challans and related documents

  • Ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in cash books and reconciled regularly

  • Maintaining proper documentation, contracts, and an organized filing system in both physical and digital formats

  • Managing the procurement of office supplies, materials, and travel-related expenses

  • Overseeing daily attendance, leave management, employment contracts, and onboarding new staff

Requirements

  • Any Bachelor holder

  • Proven experience in office management, bookkeeping, and HR support

  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Burmese
