Description
Develop and implement sales strategies
Responsible for sales forecasting, predicting for all fertilizer products
Manage and develop dealers to maximize commercial figures.
Follow the tasks & procedures as per the company’s instructions.
Conduct market visits as necessary per the commercial plan.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Agri/ Any bachelor's degree
At least 6 years of working experience in handling fertilizer sales, experience in nationwide sales.
Proficient in MS Office applications (eg. MS Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
Customer Service Oriented
Positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
