Description
Lead, train, and supervise showroom staff, ensuring high performance and customer service standards
Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper showroom presentation
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adjust business strategies
Organize and supervise promotional events and marketing campaigns
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in a related industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a large team of sales executives, service managers, and administrative staff goals
