Description
Monitor P&L statements, control food and labor costs, and identify areas for improvement
Set and manage budgets for each store location
Oversee daily operations across all restaurant locations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with brand standards
Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and service quality across all shifts and ensure accurate inventory tracking and stock rotation
Manage vendor relationships and supply orders to prevent shortages or waste
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in related industry and at least 5 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Skilled in managing day-to-day restaurant operations, inventory, quality assurance, and compliance with health and safety standards
