Description
Lead construction projects from inception, overseeing design, methods, and sequences
Evaluate projects to establish and maintain delivery schedules
Monitor on-site and off-site construction to ensure adherence to safety and building codes
Manage construction teams and contractors, selecting appropriate tools, materials, and equipment
Ensure contractual obligations are met, review progress daily, prepare status reports, and proactively address, and resolve issues
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 20 years of experience in the construction field, PE certification or an RSE license preferred
Proven experience in high-rise building construction
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
At least Upper Intermediate English
