Responsible for the management and monitoring of working standards and workflow of the production department

Description
Enhance production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Maintain reliability of utility and production machinery
Drive ongoing improvements in safety, equipment efficiency, operation methods, product quality, and skill development
Develop and deliver training programs for production operations
Lead the implementation of safety and HACCP programs in production operations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Discipline
At least 5 years of experience in the a manufacturing field, preferable in a management role
At least Intermediate English
Background in maintaining production equipment and hands-on skills in machine repair
Experience with implementing safety initiatives in manufacturing.
Good understanding of food safety protocols like HACCP and Quality Management Systems, with preference for direct implementation experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic AutoCAD 2D
