Individual with clear understanding about the full purchase process from start to endAbout the companyOur client is one of the leading MEP services provider and authorized distributor of international elevator brand business in MyanmarDescription Support operational projects through sending inquiries, collecting price and technical data from suppliersResearching and evaluating prospective suppliersWorking with an assistant manager for cost calculation and feedback to requestersReviewing, comparing and analyzing products and services to be purchasedAccurately and timely complete SAP system entries for purchase requests and purchases ordersManaging purchase orders, overseeing delivery schedules and maintaining purchase recordsHandling suppliers’ payment process by coordinating with finance departmentConducting warranty claims process by coordinating with suppliers and usersWorking with the store department to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify discrepanciesTo support prompt action for material arrival, the pricing and complaints to the internal teamsMaintaining good communication and negotiation skills with internal teams and external suppliersOther duties as assignedRequirements Any bachelor's degree At least 2 years of working experience in a purchasing position Intermediate English level in English 4 skillsProficiency in Microsoft officeExperience in using SAP software would be an advantageExcellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsGood analytical and strategic thinking skillsAttention to detailsAbility to work at minimal supervisionBenefits Competitive Incentive + AllowancesCareer Growth Opportunities A chance to work in leading MEP service provider in Myanmar
