About the Company

A leading global 3PL logistics and warehousing company known for providing comprehensive supply chain solutions for FMCG, retail, and industrial clients in Myanmar and the region

The Role

  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations

  • Manage a team of warehouse staff, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate distribution activities according to client requirements

  • Use ERP and inventory systems to track stock movement and maintain up-to-date records

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality guidelines, and company procedures

  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational challenges

  • Generate daily and weekly reports on warehouse performance and stock status

  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health, and safety on site

  • Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

  • Travel between sites if required to supervise operations and support team needs

Requirements

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, preferably in FMCG or logistics

  • Strong team leadership and people management skills

  • Hands-on experience with ERP or inventory management systems

  • Good communication skills in English

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Knowledge of safety, compliance, and quality control standards
