Solution Delivery Manager at a Successful Telecom Company in Yangon

  • To provide suggestions and contributions within IT division in term of IT architecture, Operation Efficiency and other standardization, IT process and governance, and vendor evaluation

  • Up to 1,500,000 MMK plus other benefits

About the Company

Our client is a successful telecom company in Myanmar and leading in the market to provide the best telecom service in Myanmar.

The Role

  • To analyses cross department’s requirements (either new requests or change requests) for integrating with API Gateway to onboard their integrations on the API Gateway platform

  • To cooperate with other System PICs within IT Division to implement smooth and robust integrations while considering dependencies of each IT services and systems

  • To provide Operational support for API Gateway, including modifications of existing flows and new changes from related departments and stakeholders

  • To manage and monitor vendor's KPIs & SLAs for operations as the system owner (including incidents, requests, change, problem and asset management) to drive overall IT service quality with defect free

  • To solve end user complaints and incidents occurrence in API GW to make recovery of the services in short time frame to reduce service impact

  • To update and review RFP documents, contractual terms and various IT policies to generate standardized documentations which are compliant with company policy


  • Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Communication) or Engineering (IT) or Science (Computer Science) and ITIL 4 Certified

  • 5 years experience of System Integrations, ITIL processes and Service Delivery management

  • 2 years experience in IT Strategy, (Standardization, & Process Improvement)

  • 6 years experience in troubleshooting various IT issues

  • Good at vendor management and service minded attitude

  • Fluent, written, and good communication skills in English
