The Role
The ideal background for the role is to have extensive experience in handling the sales process of enterprise ISP products, a good understanding of Layer 1 to 7 solutions, and a strong understanding of the market landscape

Description
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of competitors
Collaborate with senior management to align sales objectives with the company’s business goals
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets
Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team
Foster a positive and results-driven sales culture within the team
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management and service delivery
Address client concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer experience
Drive initiatives to expand the company’s market presence and increase market share
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and strategic alliances
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any major
Minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience working in the ISP industry and strong experience handling enterprise ISP services or the telecom industry
Good experience working in a managerial capacity, building, and empowering team
Good understanding of emerging technologies, and trends in the internet landscape, and a vision for integrating these into sales strategies with an in-depth understanding of internet services and technologies
