The Role

The ideal background for the role is to have extensive experience in handling the sales process of enterprise ISP products, a good understanding of Layer 1 to 7 solutions, and a strong understanding of the market landscape

Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets

  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of competitors

  • Collaborate with senior management to align sales objectives with the company’s business goals

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets

  • Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team

  • Foster a positive and results-driven sales culture within the team

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management and service delivery

  • Address client concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer experience

  • Drive initiatives to expand the company’s market presence and increase market share

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and strategic alliances

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any major

  • Minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience working in the ISP industry and strong experience handling enterprise ISP services or the telecom industry

  • Good experience working in a managerial capacity, building, and empowering team

  • Good understanding of emerging technologies, and trends in the internet landscape, and a vision for integrating these into sales strategies with an in-depth understanding of internet services and technologies

  • Results-driven mindset: a commitment to achieving and surpassing sales targets
