Senior Sales Executive at a Growing Poultry Production and Distribution Company in Yangon
Responsible for managing the poultry sales with a focus on Yangon and surrounding districts
Up to 1,500,000 MMK per month
The Role
The ideal background for the role will be sales experience and experience selling poultry, animal feeds, and nutrition. Good understanding of poultry sales process and procedure, network in Yangon Market, and ability to work independently through various cross-divisions

Description
Utilize in-depth knowledge of veterinary science to understand the intricacies of poultry health and hygiene
Provide technical support to the sales team and customers regarding the benefits and features of our products regarding poultry health
Conduct thorough market research, considering the technical aspects of poultry farming and health
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with both industry trends and the technical needs of customers
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical requirements and providing specialized solutions
Address technical queries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan that integrates technical expertise into the selling process
Lead the sales team in executing the plan, ensuring effective communication of technical aspects to clients
Collaborate with clients on a technical level during negotiations, ensuring a clear understanding of product benefits
Close sales transactions and maintain accurate records of technical discussions and agreements
Requirements
Veterinary Degree or similar Degree is Mandatory
Minimum 2 - 4 years of working experience in sales and experience in animal nutrition or animal vaccine or feeds or poultry
Proven track record of success in sales within the poultry industry or other similar verticals
Strong understanding of poultry health, microbiology, and related technical aspects
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
Ability to travel as required
