The Role

Great Opportunity for an experienced Senior Bancassurance Sales Manager candidate who has a deep understanding of both financial services and insurance products, along with a proven track record in sales management. Also responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and leading a high-performing sales team

Description

  • Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive bancassurance revenue and achieve targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, ensuring alignment on objectives and maximizing cross-selling opportunities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the bancassurance sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and providing guidance to achieve sales goals

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies as needed

  • Coordinate training programs for bank staff to enhance their understanding of insurance products and improve sales effectiveness

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management

  • Ensure all bancassurance activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies

  • Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment in offerings and messaging

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in sales management within the financial services or insurance industry, with a focus on bancassurance

  • Strong understanding of insurance products, banking operations, and sales processes

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed strategic decisions

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
