The Role

The ideal talent will be a part of the pioneer sales team member by handling complex projects residential, and commercial developing customer pipelines, and achieving sales goals would be another key scope of the role

With an extensive portfolio of prestigious projects encompassing Residential, Commercial, and Office Tower developments, the company is at the forefront of the real estate market

Description

  • Overseeing the leasing process for both residential and commercial properties, ensuring optimal occupancy rates and revenue generation

  • Providing exceptional support and representation to tenants, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns effectively

  • Managing tenant relationships, including sales, and customer service, and handling complaints with professionalism and efficiency

  • Operating independently to develop and implement sales and leasing strategies, reporting directly to the Managing Director

  • Collaborating with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans that drive sales growth and enhance the company's market position

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience with a background in real estate sales, leasing, and tenant management, with a strong understanding of the industry's trend

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams, exceptional customer service skills, and a proven track record of sales achievement

  • Fluent English level

  • A self-starter who can work autonomously to drive results, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership
