Responsible for Freehand Sales, Product Strategy, Team Management, Business Development, Sales Forecasting and Management

The Role
The ideal talent will be leading the new Freight Forwarding business specializing Cross Border trade and other additional Forwarding services. Initially started as an independent role and will expand the team after this recruitment and reports to the Managing Director

Description
Drive Customer Account Development and Business Development efforts for a range of services, including Cross Border trade, Customs Clearance, and Sea/Air Freight
Develop and execute product strategies to expand the company's service offerings in Yangon, focusing on Freight Forwarding and Import Logistics
Oversee Freehand Sales for both import and export, fostering client relationships and enhancing revenue
Manage a team of 2 Sales Executives and report directly to the Managing Director
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service and Operations, to ensure seamless daily operations and deliver customized solutions to customers
Spearhead the expansion of operations into Yangon, aligning with the company’s vision and objectives
Requirements
Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience with Logistics Sales / Freehand experience background or similar role
Knowledge of Cross Border updates, process, and compliance, and logistics
Bachelor’s degree holder
Mandatory Business English speaker
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, essential for building and maintaining customer relationships and coordinating with internal teams
