Description
Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs
Proactively seek new sales prospects through cold calling and networking
Schedule meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and address their concerns
Achieve growth and meet sales targets
Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company’s customer base and strengthen its market presence
Oversee recruitment, set objectives, provide coaching, and monitor performance
Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a relevant role
Proven track record of sales achievements
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
Skilled in delivering compelling presentations
Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry
