Retail Sales Manager at a Growing Construction Chemicals Distribution Company in Yangon
Responsible for Dealer development and management, Trade marketing, Promotional plans, and Channel management
Up to 1,700,000 MMK plus other benefits and allowances
The Role
The ideal talent will be responsible for managing the distribution channel by promoting, developing and maintain relationships with the existing dealer shops and dealer companies to achieve sales target assigned by the senior management team

Description
Lead the development and implementation of innovative retail sales strategies and plans
Expand retail coverage and drive growth in key geographic areas
Achieve ambitious "Shop Share" targets and exceed expectations
Drive successful "Go-To-Market" initiatives, trade and consumer promotions, and store branding executions
Inspire and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring consistent sales growth
Develop efficient daily route plans and sales strategies for the retail sales team
Proactively identify sales opportunities, maintain strong customer relationships, and provide regular sales reporting
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of working experience within the Construction industry, preferably from Chemicals, Building Materials such as Paint, Concrete, Premixes, Admixtures, Flooring, Decoration, etc.
Minimum 4 years of Retail (Dealer management) experience
Bachelor’s degree holder
Mandatory Intermediate English
Unique requirement: people management skills, result-oriented and strong interpersonal skills
