Description
Lead and manage all research, monitoring, and information system initiatives to support the client
Design and implement operational research projects that inform program strategies and improve service delivery
Develop and maintain effective monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems to track program performance and ensure data quality
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights for internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in research industry
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Good understanding of research methodologies, data analysis tools (SPSS, Stata, Excel), and M&E frameworks
