Responsible for finding and recruiting suitable candidates for the company.
Define job description and document specifications for the open positions for the company
Keeping track of recruitment metrics, updating current and designing new recruiting procedures
Present shortlisted candidates
Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance
At least 5 years of proven work experience in human resource field
A Bachelor’s Degree is a must and other professional qualifications in relevant field is highly preferred
Strong command of English is required
An excellent leadership skill and strong interpersonal skill
