Description
Maintain an organized reception area and perform lobby reception task
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring a positive experience
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Respond to client inquiries regarding services offered, providing accurate information and directing them as needed
Coordinate and manage the scheduling of appointments for staff and clients, ensuring efficient time management
Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma; additional qualifications in administration preferred
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Burmese
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Professional appearance and demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
