Description

  • Maintain an organized reception area and perform lobby reception task

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring a positive experience

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

  • Respond to client inquiries regarding services offered, providing accurate information and directing them as needed

  • Coordinate and manage the scheduling of appointments for staff and clients, ensuring efficient time management

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma; additional qualifications in administration preferred

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is advantageous

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Burmese

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

  • Professional appearance and demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
