Description
Organizing the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality system; thorough inspection to uphold the company's quality policies
Managing the quality from all aspects of the production: from raw materials to the finished products
Overseeing and taking care of the the quality control department | Reporting accurately to upper management
Participate in evaluating and choosing suppliers - organize audits of the suppliers if necessary
Strong communication within the team to ensure efficient quality control work and take an active role to further improvement
Requirements
At least 5 years of working experience in Agricultural manufacturing industry, knowledge of Rice and Paddy will be a plus
Bachelor’s degrees or certificates in food or chemical related subjects
Strong experience in quality management of food processing industries
Strong communication and willingness to improve themselves continuously with an innovative spirit
