Description
Supervise production staff to ensure tasks are carried out effectively and meet required standards
Guide and support the team, fostering their growth and ensuring they are skilled and motivated for future challenges
Ensure adherence to all health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations
Make sure staff receive appropriate training and comply with established procedures
Emphasize 5S principles and promote maintenance tasks managed by operators
Encourage the team to suggest and implement improvements for better operational efficiency
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degrees in Chemistry or any related field
At least over 3 years’ experience in manufacturing Industry (Paint experience Preferred but any Globally renowned brand)
Strong system management and ERP experience
At least Business English
Understanding lean manufacturing methodologies
