Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability
Negotiate contracts and build strong relationships for a stable supply chain
Analyze cost structures for savings without compromising quality
Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a high-performance environment
Implement best practices and stay current with procurement advancements
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field
Proven experience as a Procurement Manager, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using procurement software and tools
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
