The Role
The ideal candidate will lead and oversee the daily commercial, operations of our logistics hub, playing a pivotal role in managing port operations, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth handling of cargo

Description
Lead and supervise a team of employees to ensure efficient port operations media and the company website
Develop and implement service sales strategies to enhance logistics services, including transportation, barging, and port handling services
Collaborate with shipping companies, government agencies, and port authorities to optimize operations
Develop and manage sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Work closely with the operations department to maintain streamlined processes
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field
At least 5 years of proven experience in the maritime industry, with a strong background in a supervisory or leadership role
Comprehensive knowledge of port rules and regulations
Fluency in English
