Description
Lead employee relations initiatives to create an inclusive and high-performing workplace
Design and oversee well-being programs supporting physical, mental, and emotional wellness
Develop cultural strategies that align company values with business goals and fostering a collaborative work environment
Manage competitive benefits programs and partner with senior leaders to enhance employee engagement through feedback and communication
Guide HR teams in delivering culture-focused support, establish KPIs to measure program impact
Promote open communication, transparency, and ethical practices organization-wide
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
5-8 years of head-level management experience in culture, employee relations, or HR roles, ideally within an international manufacturing or related industry
Strong understanding of benefits programs, employee engagement strategies, and change management
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, with sensitivity to local and global workplace dynamics
Business level English proficiency is required
