The Role

You will have to lead initiatives in employee relations, well-being, cultural development, and benefits programs to foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace aligned with company values

Description

  • Lead employee relations initiatives to create an inclusive and high-performing workplace

  • Design and oversee well-being programs supporting physical, mental, and emotional wellness

  • Develop cultural strategies that align company values with business goals and fostering a collaborative work environment

  • Manage competitive benefits programs and partner with senior leaders to enhance employee engagement through feedback and communication

  • Guide HR teams in delivering culture-focused support, establish KPIs to measure program impact

  • Promote open communication, transparency, and ethical practices organization-wide

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

  • 5-8 years of head-level management experience in culture, employee relations, or HR roles, ideally within an international manufacturing or related industry

  • Strong understanding of benefits programs, employee engagement strategies, and change management

  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, with sensitivity to local and global workplace dynamics

  • Business level English proficiency is required
